研学实践|探秘小鹏汽车智能生产基地,感知中国智造未来

In March 2026, the world’s first mass-produced split flying car 'Land Carrier' developed by XPeng AeroHT completed its public maiden flight and test drive in Changde, Hunan. This groundbreaking vehicle consists of a land carrier and an aerial unit, which can separate and combine automatically within 5 minutes. Its land-based part can be driven with a standard Class C driving license. Equipped with six-axis six-propeller design, the aircraft supports vertical take-off and landing as well as one-click autonomous flight, with a maximum flight range of about 30 kilometers. Having passed critical tests including extreme cold resistance and power performance verification, it is scheduled for official delivery in the second half of 2026 at a price below 2 million RMB.

2026年3月,小鹏汇天旗下全球首款量产分体式飞行汽车“陆地航母”于湖南常德完成公开首飞与试驾。这款颠覆性产品由陆行母舰与飞行体组成,5分钟可自动分合,普通C照即可驾驶陆地部分。飞行器采用六轴六桨设计,支持垂直起降、一键自动驾驶,最大飞行续航约30公里。目前已完成极寒测试、动力验证等关键环节,预计2026年下半年正式交付,售价不超200万元。

从地面智能汽车到空中飞行载具,小鹏正以全栈自研技术,构建“陆空一体”的未来出行生态,成为中国智造迈向物理AI时代的标志性突破。

To advance practical education and broaden students’ scientific horizons, enabling them to perceive the in-depth integration of modern industry and intelligent technology firsthand, Huawen Multivariate Further Education Center organized a themed study tour to XPeng’s smart manufacturing base last week.

为深化实践育人、拓宽科技视野,让学子直观感受现代工业与智能科技的深度融合,上周,华文多元升学中心组织学生前往小鹏汽车智能生产基地开展主题研学活动。

Centered on intelligent manufacturing and sci-tech empowerment for national development, the tour featured immersive visits, close-up experiences and hands-on activities. It helped students grasp the operational mechanisms, core technologies and development prospects of the new energy vehicle industry, fostering scientific awareness and innovative thinking in this cutting-edge industrial venue.

本次研学以“智能智造、科技强国”为核心,通过沉浸式参观、近距离体验与动手实践,引导学生深入了解新能源汽车产业的运营原理、技术内核与发展潜力,在工业前沿课堂中树立科技认知、激发创新思考。

At the start of the tour, all students put on safety helmets and audio guide headsets, then entered XPeng’s fully automated workshops under professional guidance to begin their industrial exploration.

研学伊始,全体学生规范佩戴安全帽与讲解耳机,在专业讲解员的引领下,有序进入小鹏汽车全自动化生产车间,开启工业探秘之旅。

As a leading domestic intelligent connected technology industrial park, the base is built in line with Industry 4.0 standards, housing five core workshops covering stamping, welding, painting and final assembly. It serves as a modern benchmark featuring intelligent manufacturing, smart logistics and eco-friendly production. Inside the workshops, hundreds of intelligent robotic arms work collaboratively with high precision, AGV automated guided vehicles transport materials autonomously, and AI visual inspection systems examine vehicle details at micron-level accuracy. The whole production process from steel plates to finished vehicles is highly automated, rolling out one complete car every 90 seconds on average.

作为国内领先的智能网联科技产业园,小鹏生产基地以工业4.0标准打造,集冲压、焊装、涂装、总装五大核心车间于一体,是“智能制造、智慧物流、绿色低碳”的现代化标杆。车间内,数百台智能机械臂协同作业、精准运转,AGV智能小车自动流转物料,AI视觉质检系统以微米级精度检测车身细节,从钢板到车身、从零件到整车的全流程高度自动化,平均90秒即可下线一台整车。

Students observed the efficient operation of flexible production lines, witnessed mixed-model production and 20-minute rapid line switching technologies, and experienced the intelligent production system powered by AI, robotics and digital twin technology. They gained clear insight into the transformation of automobile manufacturing from traditional manual work to all-round intelligence, as well as the principles of large-scale, precise and intelligent industrial operation.

同学们沉浸式观察柔性化生产线的高效运作,见证多车型混线生产、20分钟快速换线的技术实力,直观感受“AI+机器人+数字孪生”构建的智能生产体系,深刻理解汽车制造从传统人工到全域智能的变革,清晰认知规模化、精准化、智能化的产业运营原理。

Later, teachers and students visited XPeng brand exhibition halls displaying star models including P7, G9, G6 and X9, covering sedans, SUVs, MPVs and other vehicle types. Students closely observed vehicle exterior designs, interior layouts and exquisite craftsmanship.

走出生产车间,师生一行来到小鹏汽车品牌展厅。展厅内,P7、G9、G6、X9等全系明星车型整齐陈列,涵盖轿车、SUV、MPV等多元品类,同学们得以近距离观察车辆外观、内饰设计,感知车身工艺。

They also learned about XPeng’s core strengths, such as 200-kilometer range replenishment with 5-minute charging, advanced intelligent driving systems adapting to complex road conditions, and forward-looking technological layouts for the physical AI era, tracing the development course of China’s new energy vehicle industry from technological follow-up to global leadership.

从充电5分钟续航200公里的补能突破,到可应对复杂路况的高阶智驾能力,再到面向物理AI时代的技术布局,同学们全面了解小鹏汽车的技术实力与产品优势,清晰把握中国新能源汽车产业从技术追赶到全球领跑的发展脉络。

In the final session, students took part in enlightening hands-on activities to translate theoretical knowledge into practical capabilities.

研学的最后环节,同学们参与趣味与知识兼具的手工实践,将理论认知转化为动手能力。

First was the model cement truck disassembly experience. Under safe guidance, students disassembled vehicle models with tools to learn about component structures, connection modes and assembly logic, establishing the engineering mindset of disassembly, cognition and reassembly.

首先是水泥车拆卸体验,在安全指导下,同学们使用工具拆解模型车辆,熟悉汽车零部件的结构组成、连接方式与装配逻辑,理解“拆解—认知—重组”的工程思维。

Then they assembled wooden cars independently. Following drawings and procedures, students cooperated to assemble frames, wheels and power devices into functional wooden vehicles. By testing and operating the finished works, they understood mechanical operating principles and embodied the craftsmanship spirit of pursuing perfection and rigorous dedication.

随后进入木质小汽车自主拼装环节,大家按照图纸与步骤,分工协作、精细组装,从车架、车轮到动力装置,一步步完成可启动的木质小车。亲手转动车轮、测试动力的瞬间,同学们真切体会机械结构的运转原理,感受“精益求精、严谨细致”的工匠精神,将本次研学的收获转化为可触摸、可运行的实践成果。

This study tour stands as a vivid practice of Huawen Multivariate Further Education Center’s education philosophy integrating practice and cognition. Stepping out of textbooks into frontline industrial sites, students mastered basic automobile manufacturing principles and intelligent technology application logic, and deeply felt the vigorous momentum and vast potential of China’s new energy vehicle industry.

本次小鹏汽车智能生产基地研学,是华文多元升学中心“实践+认知”育人模式的生动实践。从全自动化车间的工业震撼,到展厅前沿科技的知识洗礼,再到动手实践的能力提升,同学们跳出课本、走进产业一线,不仅掌握了汽车制造的基础原理、智能科技的应用逻辑,更深刻感受到中国新能源汽车产业的蓬勃活力与巨大潜力。
