田间地头的烟火气，25年10月，华文多元升学的同学们在百万果园里，开启了一场“与秋实对话”的户外实践课。

In October 25th, the students of the Chinese Language Diversified College Entrance Examination embarked on an outdoor practical class titled 'Dialogue with Autumn Fruits' in the million-yuan orchard, filled with the hustle and bustle of the fields and farmlands.

柑橘凝露·秋收知味

Citrus dew · Taste the flavor of autumn harvest

晌午的果园里，青绿的柑橘缀满枝头，同学们踮脚抬手，小心翼翼摘下带着青涩的果实——指尖触到果皮粗糙的纹理时，才读懂“春种夏耘”的分量。

“原来一颗橘子要等一整年才会甜！”

In the orchard at noon, green tangerines were hanging all over the branches. The students stood on tiptoe and raised their hands, carefully picking the fruits that were still green and unripe. Only when their fingertips touched the rough texture of the fruit peel did they truly understand the weight of 'sowing in spring and weeding in summer'.

泥中扎根·成长回甘

Rooted in the mud, growing and leaving a sweet aftertaste

而甘蔗田里的体验，更让“来之不易”有了具象的触感：裹着手套的双手握住粗壮的蔗杆，要费足力气才能从泥里拔出；用砍刀削皮时，得屏气凝神控制力度，稍不留意就会划破果肉。

The experience in the sugarcane field gave the 'hard-won' feeling a more concrete touch: hands wrapped in gloves held the thick sugarcane stalks, and it took a lot of effort to pull them out of the mud. When peeling with a machete, one has to hold their breath and concentrate to control the force. A moment's inattention could cut through the flesh.

当同学们举着亲手打理好的甘蔗，脸上沾着细碎的叶屑却笑得灿烂，这场实践早已超越“采摘”本身：它是重阳时节里，用劳动触摸“丰收”的深意，用汗水懂得“珍惜”的重量。

从温室大棚到田间野地，大家弯腰劳作的身影，正是“忆苦思甜”最生动的注脚——当粮食从“货架上的商品”变成“亲手收获的成果”，“光盘”不再是口号，而是对每一份耕耘的温柔回应。

When the students held the sugarcane they had taken care of with their own hands, their faces covered with fine leaf shavings but smiling brightly, this practice had long transcended the act of 'picking' itself: it was the profound meaning of touching 'harvest' through labor and understanding the weight of 'cherishing' through sweat during the Chongyang Festival.

From greenhouses to fields and farmlands, the figures of people bending over to work are the most vivid footnote to 'remembering hardship and appreciating sweetness' - when grains transform from 'commodities on the shelves' to 'fruits harvested by hand', 'clean plate' is no longer just a slogan, but a gentle response to every bit of hard work.
